Gerald (Gerry)'s Story
Life
Following graduation, I attended San Jose City College for a year and at the advise of my Auto Shop teacher, I quit and went to work in the trade. After about a year, I was in danger of being drafted and losing my driver's license (suprise)...so I joined the Navy. I wound up in the SEABEE's as a Construction Mechanic. Did a couple of tours in Viet Nam and got out in June of 1...Expand for more
969. Back to San Jose and back to work in the trade, eventually winding up in the parts business. In 1972 I went back into the Navy and ended up staying until 1997. We traveled a lot and the Navy kept promoting me...so I stayed.
Linda and I now live in God's country (Eastern Oregon) and live on the Lazy D Ranchette....a whole acre! We would love to see anyone from "63 or '64....
